	Aqualogix This total body workout includes upper body hand bells and lower body ankle fins to deliver a full body workout that increases muscle tone and strength while burning fat and providing dynamic conditioning. Class Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am & 5:30pm Cost: Included in membership
	Swim Team An amazing way to let your kids meet new friends and learn the importance of team work. Although your kids will be having a splash, they won't even realize that they are active in a healthy form of exercise. Ages: 5 - 18 as of June 1st Sign up/Cost: The Swim Team is a part of the Wilmington Swim League and runs from May - July. 	Swim Lessons If your little one isn't ready for swim team, no worries! You can choose from group swim lessons or one-on-one lessons, but no matter what you decide on, your little one will have a splash as they blow bubbles in the water and use kickboards to learn how to swim. 	Birthday Pool Parties Pool Party Packages include 2 hours of pool time plus pizza, drinks, decorations, and a Party Attendant. You just bring 10 friends and the cake! 	Swim Memberships Looking for just a pool in the summertime? We offer Swim Memberships from April 1st through Labor Day. Includes use of the pool, locker rooms, showers, towels and member discounts on Swim Team and Swim Lessons. For more information or to begin your Swim Membership, see Member Services Mon - Fri 9am - 6:30pm or Sat 10am-3pm or call us at 343-5950x202 to make an appt. 2010 Season Swim Memberships Individual (one adult only): $69 per month Couple (any two people regardless of age): $91 per month Family (1 or 2 adults and all dependent children through age 18): $103 per month You can begin your Swim Membership at any between April 1 and Sept 6 with a minimum 3 month agreement. All Swim Memberships will end on Sept 6.
