The WAC Spring Fair will run from 8am-Noon with booths on Aquatics, Summer Camp, CrossFit, Pink Gloves, GS20 Express Workout, Personal Training, Thin & Healthy, Chair Massage by the Body Therapy Centre, and more! Our Special Events include: 8:30am: Choose from BODYATTACK or Pink Gloves Boxing. Classes are 1 hour long. 8:30-10:30am ~ Pilates Studio Demonstrations 9:00-11:00am ~ Learn to play Squash with Squash Professional Ranil Goonesekera. Stop by any time between 9 and 11am. 9:30am ~ Power Yoga. Class is 90-minutes long. 9:45am ~ BODYPUMP with new music and moves. Class is 1 hour long. 11:00am ~ Karate Demonstration PRIZES, PRIZES, PRIZES! Bikes, Beach Gear, Door Prizes & More! It is a club that advocates friendship, teamwork, and positive attitudes. We strive to bring the best out of individuals with a goal of improving their self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-motivation. Each member strives to improve her own well being, and nobody should compare standards to others. In addition, the positive atmosphere will not allow for any negative competition among members. Our philosophy is, “We use the strength of a community to strengthen the individual, and stronger individuals build stronger communities”.
