Personal Training

Active ImageOur Personal Training program is designed to help you achieve your goals! If you have the desire to learn what it takes to reach those goals we can help. Our first objective is to assess you and have a goal setting session.   After that we orient you to the club and all of  the workout options you have. Our second objective is to teach, and direct   you toward the activities you enjoy and need in order to reach your goals.

Personal Trainers teach exercises that make up the workout they have designed for you. Correct execution of these exercieses will make you stronger and give you more endurance. The exercises will reinforce the ability of your body to perform everyday tasks more efficiently.

We have two levels of Training: Elite and Master. The difference between these is based on experience as well as specializations. Elite Personal Trainers have the ability to work with most of our general needs members. Weight loss, conditioning, and strength are the core components of a Trainers gained skills that allow them to work with members that may need special attention. This experience and advanced education enables Master Trainers to work with diagnosed medical conditions, cardiac rehabilitation, pre and post natal fitness, and advanced athletes to name a few.
